Take part in the 2010 ICT Survey and you might win one of 5 £25 M&S Vouchers

Community First’s ICT support project is carrying out this survey which will assess:

• where the voluntary and community sector stands in its use of ICT
• what the support needs are
• what types of support could be provided by voluntary sector support agencies.

The results from this survey will enable a comparison to be made to the 2004 survey. This will give an up to date picture of ICT in the sector, and identify changes and trends in its use.

Social networking is about creating online communities who are interested in the similar things, have the same likes or are striving for the same objectives. It's a fantastic way of creating awareness of a particular issue, creating a consensus of opinion or learning about new ideas.

Do you use social networking and new media tools?

Whether the funding for your organisation comes from a grant giving trust, through delivery of contracts or though trading those that hold the purse strings will want to know that you are best placed to deliver the work.
Demonstrating this is not always straight forward; obtaining feedback from users can be time consuming and is not guaranteed to produce the conclusive evidence that you require.
