Following the extremely popular IT workshops to ‘make the most out of Microsoft Outlook’, further workshops have now been scheduled due to popular demand.
An additional workshop has been scheduled for Thursday 9th September.
The workshop is for anyone who uses Outlook on a regular basis has gone home at the end of the day with the dissatisfaction that things didn't go according to plan, or the way you wanted that and you've been largely ineffective.
The workshop will include the following aspects:

Avoid becomming a slave to Outlook, instead using it as an effective management tool

Best practices of using Outlook to manage your workload, effeciently and effectively
*
Learn how to manage e-mails, folders, rules, calendar appointments, tasks and notes to get things done
