Pete Read is the ICT Champion for the West Midlands, a role administered and managed by Community First. The ICT Champion works with infrastructure groups, supporting the use of information technology in the sector. He is also the Manager of IlluminateICT, a web development and training organisation, based in Warwickshire.

Originally from Liverpool, Viv was educated at the Universities of Cardiff, Warwick, Leicester, and the OU and holds masters degrees in education and training.
Before establishing Nelson Training, Viv worked at Solihull College where she rapidly became one of the youngest ever department heads running a large management department offering a wide variety of qualifications.
Viv helped to establish Solihull Training Consultancy in 1988, where she designed and delivered hundreds of training courses as their senior trainer and consultant.
She is a keen advocate of new and accelerated training methods and started to incorporate drama into her training courses in 1998, since when she has developed many ways in which the performing arts can bring training to life.

Jon is a former professor of IT at the University of the West of England, he holds a PhD from Cardiff, an MA from Birmingham Conservatoire and studied film and video at Bristol University Drama School. He also has extensive business and management experience. He is highly regarded in the business for his knowledge and ability to put it over in a friendly, enthusiastic and interactive style.
Betty performs in her own productions for the Tree Frog Theatre Company which she founded. She is highly popular as a Nelson Training regular for her quick wit and improvisation skills
In addition to this she has many years experience in a wide variety of acting roles including television and film work. She has written & appeared in her own plays at the Birmingham Arts Festival three years running to great success & has been commissioned to write plays for Perfect Circle Theatre Company.
Lee joined Nelson Training having qualified in Theatre Studies and Dramatic Art at the University of Warwick and has also an Advanced Acting Diploma from the Welsh College of Music in Cardiff.
He is artistic director of Perfect Circle Theatre Company who have had recent success with their production of Rapunzel and is active with many youth theatre projects.
Ron worked as a dustman before graduating from RADA and has since worked in TV commercials throughout Europe. He has also filmed as far afield as South Africa and Dubai.
